Guangzhou, China — November 22, 2024: Dr. Bhokin Bhalakula, President of the Thai-Chinese Culture and Economy Association and former President of the National Assembly of Thailand, delivered an inspiring opening address at the International Think Tank Forum of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (2024). Held under the theme “New Quality Productive Forces and High-Quality Development for the Belt and Road Initiative,” the forum gathered global leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss strategies for fostering sustainable economic growth and regional cooperation.
