Guangzhou, China — November 22, 2024: Dr. Bhokin Bhalakula, President of the Thai-Chinese Culture and Economy Association and former President of the National Assembly of Thailand, delivered an inspiring opening address at the International Think Tank Forum of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road (2024).
