On August 21, Dr. Bhokin Bhalakula, a respected leader and advocate for international cooperation, visited the Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (SPAFFC). During this significant visit, Dr. Bhokin was warmly received by Mr. Chen Jing, President of SPAFFC, and Mr. Fu Jihong, Vice President of SPAFFC. In recognition of the strong and enduring bond between Thailand and Shanghai, Dr. Bhokin was honored with the title of an honorary foreign member of the association.
